How to attract attention? Look around, and think outside the box. The biggest qlishe about Indian business braning is to use the colors of Indian flag. It is quite recognisable I agree, but there is no Indian business who did't use them and therefore make business less noticeble. That is why I decided to use colors that are just as bright as Indian dances, but not green and orange. And it worked! The advertisment was placed on all India related social and partners media who use same old flag colors. So when people saw our ads they notice it imidiatly and remember long after. We aslo created event avatars and t-shirts and were happy to see people buy and use them to be able to assotiate themselfs with the event.
Issues: The account had 8000 followers, some unregular content and no leads.
After evaluating statistics of the account we have discovered that only 16% of the followers were Target Audience (Age, Gender and Geo where products where sold). It explained a really low ER (engagement rate).
What was done: - Organised a photo and video shoots of products according to Instagram preferences - Set schedule for regular publishing - Reorganised menu and bio - Cleaned following numbers - Set # strategy - Organised giveaways and started advertising on it (100 $ budget) - After receiving new followers removed those who didn't fit target audience

Issues: Instagram does not start a big ad campaign for new accounts and doesn't give statistics at the beginning. Had to find first followers organic way which might be difficult for the narrow topic of the account
